• Amazon Account Audit including Ad Campaign Audit, Listing Audit, Keyword Audit, and Listing Optimization

• Amazon Wholesale FBA and FBM including Wholesale Sourcing, Listing and Catalog Management, FBA Shipment Management, and FBM Order Management

• Social Media Management including Strategy, Content Creation, External Traffic, and Community Management
• Amazon Business Setup including LLC Formation, Trademark Filing, Brand Registry, and Amazon Account Setup

1.3 Client Responsibilities

As a client of Cygnus24, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery

• Grant necessary access to Amazon Seller Central, advertising dashboards, or other platforms as needed for service execution

• Comply with Amazon’s policies, terms of service, and guidelines at all times

• Respond to communications from our team within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays

• Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-violating activities on your Amazon account

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the Cygnus24 website including text, logos, graphics, service materials, and methodologies is the intellectual property of Cygnus24 and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission from Cygnus24.

1.5 Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Amazon.com, Meta, Google, and others. Cygnus24 is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Amazon.com, Inc. or any other third-party platform. We are not liable for changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or terms of service that may affect your account or campaign performance.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Cygnus24 shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services

• Amazon account suspensions, listing removals, or policy violations caused by factors outside our control

• Inaccurate results due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

• Service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or technical issues beyond our control

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cygnus24 in the three months preceding the claim.

1.7 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Cygnus24 will not share your account credentials, business data, or proprietary information with third parties except as required to deliver the contracted services or as mandated by law.

1.8 Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all access to accounts and platforms will be revoked, and any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.

1.10 Modifications

Cygnus24 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
