Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Cygnus24, we are committed to delivering high-quality ecommerce consulting and management services. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations may be made and refunds may be requested and processed. We encourage all clients to review their service agreements carefully before commencing any engagement.

4.1 Service Agreements

All services provided by Cygnus24 are governed by individual service agreements or proposals agreed upon before work begins. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are clearly outlined in those agreements and take precedence in all matters not explicitly covered by this policy.

4.2 Cancellation by Client

Clients wishing to cancel a service must submit a written cancellation request via email to contact@cygnus24.com. The following terms apply based on the type of service:

Monthly Retainer Services: A minimum of 15 days written notice is required before the next billing cycle. Services and billing will continue through the full notice period.

Project-Based Services: Cancellation of a project mid-way will result in charges for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be considered for a partial refund at Cygnus24’s discretion, based on the work completed.

One-Time Services such as Amazon Business Setup, Account Audit, or Listing Optimization: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced. Once work has begun, no refund will be issued.

4.3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as described in the signed agreement due to a fault on Cygnus24’s part
  • A cancellation request was submitted within the eligible timeframe outlined above and no work had commenced
  • A verified billing error or overcharge occurred

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with results that fall within the normal range of ecommerce performance variability
  • Amazon account suspensions, listing removals, or policy violations caused by the client’s own actions or pre-existing account issues
  • Services that have already been fully rendered and delivered
  • Failure by the client to provide required access, credentials, or information in a timely manner
  • A change of mind after work has commenced

4.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Cygnus24 reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees or administrative costs from the refund amount where relevant.

4.5 Cancellation by Cygnus24

Cygnus24 reserves the right to cancel or terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payment of invoices
  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions or the service agreement by the client
  • Discovery that the client is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or Amazon policy-violating activities
  • Situations where continuing the engagement would be legally, ethically, or practically impossible

In the event of cancellation by Cygnus24, the client will be notified in writing and any unused prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded within 14 business days.

4.6 Disputes

4.7 Modifications to This Policy

Cygnus24 reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date and will apply to all new service agreements entered into after the updated date.
